Job Description

Walk-in customer handling at franchise stores — new SIM activations (prepaid/postpaid), plan upgrades, MNP, SIM swaps

Recharge and bill payment collection

Handling KYC/documentation for activations per DoT norms

Upselling VAS, device bundles, and postpaid conversions

Resolving basic service complaints; escalating complex issues

Maintaining daily activation and collection targets (linked to COCA incentive streams)

Store hygiene, stock/SIM inventory reconciliation, and cash handling

CAF (Customer Application Form) accuracy — errors here trigger penalties/clawbacks
