CRM Manager

Job Purpose

To manage customer interactions from lead generation through site visits and booking, while achieving sales targets and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities·      

.   Generate and manage property sales leads.

·        Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.

·        Explain project features, specifications, pricing, payment plans, and offers.

·        Arrange and conduct site visits.

·        Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.

·        Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM.

·        Convert qualified leads into bookings.

·        Coordinate with customers during the booking and documentation process.

·        Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

·        Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers and prospects.

·        Prepare sales reports and maintain lead conversion records.

·        Coordinate with CRM, accounts, legal, and project teams as required.

Required Skills·

·        Knowledge of real estate sales preferred.

·        Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

QualificationGraduate preferred. Candidates with relevant real estate sales experience will be preferred.
