Business Development & Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Bank Sales Executive to promote and sell banking products while building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a sales-driven attitude, and the ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through field sales, referrals, and lead generation.
• Promote and sell banking products such as:
• Savings & Current Accounts
• Fixed Deposits
• Personal Loans
• Home Loans
• Gold Loans
• Credit Cards
• Insurance and Investment Products
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial products.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
• Conduct KYC documentation and ensure compliance with bank policies.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Stay updated on banking products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
