Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)


Location: Pune, Maharashtra


Experience: Minimum 1 Year


Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Pune. The candidate will handle company-provided leads, generate new leads independently, and convert prospects into customers to achieve business targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Explain software products and solutions to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Negotiate deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain lead records and ensure regular follow-ups.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
  • Experience in IT or software sales is preferred.
  • Strong target-oriented and client-handling abilities.
