Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Counselling

• Provide detailed counselling on e-learning courses, certifications, and training programs.

• Assess students’ educational background, learning needs, and career aspirations to recommend suitable solutions.

• Explain course structures, learning outcomes, and career pathways.

2. Lead Management & Conversion

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats for student inquiries.

• Follow up on leads from various channels to ensure timely conversion.

• Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, follow-ups, and enrolments in the CRM system.

3. Course Promotion & Awareness

• Educate learners about the benefits of online learning and program-specific advantages.

• Represent the company at webinars, virtual education fairs, and promotional events.

4. Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with enrolled students for retention and course completion.

• Provide ongoing guidance, motivation, and support throughout their learning process.

5. Reporting & Feedback

• Prepare reports on lead status, counselling sessions, enrolment rates, and student feedback.

• Share insights with the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
