Back Office Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to manage desk-level sales documentation for our showroom dealing in premium tiles, sanitaryware, and bath fittings (Kohler, Jaquar, Simpolo, Nexion). You will work closely with the sales team and customers to prepare quotations and process orders accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate price quotations for customers based on sales team requirements
• Generate Proforma Invoices (PI) for confirmed orders
• Raise and process Purchase Orders (PO) with vendors/principal companies
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure correct product, pricing, and discount details
• Maintain records of quotations, PIs, and POs for tracking and follow-up
• Follow up with customers on pending quotations and payments
• Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team on order dispatch status
• Handle basic billing and documentation queries

Requirements:

• Prior experience in quotation preparation, billing, or back-office sales support
• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, basic formulas a plus)
• Familiarity with Tally or any ERP/billing software preferred
• Good attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
