Job Description
Handle enquiries from students and parents through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Understand student requirements, academic background, entrance exam scores/rank, category, preferred location and budget.
Provide accurate information regarding undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, professional, vocational and other educational courses and admission options.
Counsel students and parents regarding suitable colleges, courses, fees, eligibility and admission procedures.
Explain State Quota, All India Quota, Management, NRI and other applicable admission routes.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
Convert qualified leads into counselling appointments and admissions.
Maintain daily lead and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the admission/operations team for documentation and application processes.
Stay updated with counselling schedules, admission rules, cut-offs, fees and seat availability.
Build trust with students and parents throughout the admission journey.
Achieve assigned monthly counselling and admission targets.
