Job Description
1)Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and records.
2)Handle purchase and sales invoices, receipts, and payments.
3)Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
4)Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements.
5)Follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
6)Maintain vendor and customer accounts.
7)Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work.
8)Prepare basic financial reports and account statements.
9)Maintain proper documentation of all accounting transactions.
10)Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing and payments.
11)Assist in monthly closing and other accounting activities.
12)Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting work.
