Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Software Management: Daily data entry and accounting using Tally software.
  • Taxation & Billing: Handling GST invoicing, preparing GST reports, and ensuring tax compliance.
  • Financial Documentation: Creating professional quotations and managing project-related billing.
  • Recovery & Follow-ups: Managing payment follow-ups with clients to ensure healthy cash flow.
  • Data Management: Maintaining organised records and reports using MS Excel.
  • Requirements: Strong proficiency in Tally and Advanced Excel.
  • Experience in GST filing and invoice generation.
  • Strong communication skills for effective payment coordination.
  • Ability to work within a dynamic, fast-paced interior design environment.
