Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to manage branch operations, drive business growth, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day branch operations and administration.
Achieve branch business and sales targets.
Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
Lead, motivate, and monitor branch team performance.
Generate leads and support business development activities.
Monitor branch revenue, expenses, and overall performance.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
Prepare and submit regular branch performance reports to management.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in branch management, sales, operations, banking, finance, insurance, or a similar field.
Graduate from a recognized university.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
Should be willing to work from Phaltan.
