About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, energetic and well-spoken Receptionist cum Telecaller to join our Phagwara branch. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with students, handling calls and creating a welcoming experience for everyone visiting the branch.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Attend and manage students/visitors at the reception.
• Follow up with leads and prospective students.
• Provide basic information about our courses and programs.
• Maintain lead and visitor records.
• Coordinate with the sales and branch team for smooth operations.
• Ensure the reception area and front-desk experience remain professional.
• What We're Looking ForGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and positive personality.
• Basic knowledge of computers and WhatsApp.
• Ability to handle calls and follow-ups effectively.
• Freshers are welcome to apply if they have good communication skills.
