Gold Loan Relationship Officer_LOANS AGAINST GOLD_0405_7867_1095364
To acquire and service Gold Loan customers, drive business growth through customer acquisition and relationship management, and ensure adherence to operational and compliance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Source new Gold Loan customers through branch walk-ins, field visits, references, and local market activities.
- Achieve assigned Gold Loan disbursement and portfolio targets.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable gold loan products.
- Coordinate valuation and pledge processes as per bank policies.
- Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and loan processing.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention and repeat business.
- Monitor loan renewals, repayments, and overdue accounts.
- Generate leads for cross-selling products such as Savings Accounts, Insurance, and Credit Cards.
- Conduct local marketing and promotional activities to increase business penetration.
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolution
