Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Make outbound calls to generate leads and close sales.
Customer Engagement:
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate and detailed information.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate unresolved matters.
Sales and Promotion:
- Promote and sell products/services using effective communication and persuasion techniques.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Data Maintenance:
- Maintain records of calls, interactions, and sales in the database.
- Update customer information as required.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals and strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
