Job Description
- Accounts & GST Executive – Job ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Documentation: सभी Vouchers, Supporting Documents, Sales-Purchase Entries, Reconciliation एवं E-Invoice का कार्य सही एवं समय पर करना।
- Banking: सभी Bank Accounts को Tally में Weekly Update करना, BRS एवं Bank CC के लिए Monthly Stock Statement/Report तैयार करना।
- GST Compliance: सभी GSTIN के GSTR-1, HSN Code-wise Sales Data, GST Returns, GST Liability एवं ITC की Checking/Reconciliation करना।
- GST Notice & Department Work: GST Notice, Reply, Hearing/Proceedings एवं Department से संबंधित आवश्यक Data/Documents तैयार करना और CA के साथ Coordination करना।
- Monthly Reporting: Accounts, GST, TDS, Banking, Outstanding एवं अन्य Financial Records की Monthly Report तैयार कर MD/Management को देना।
- CA/Bank Coordination: CA, Bank एवं अन्य Departments के साथ आवश्यक Accounts, GST, Audit, Financial एवं Compliance Documents के लिए Coordination करना।
- Work From Home & Office: सामान्यतः WFH की सुविधा रहेगी, लेकिन प्रत्येक सप्ताह एक Fixed Day Office आना अनिवार्य होगा तथा आवश्यकता पड़ने पर Management के निर्देशानुसार Office उपस्थित होना होगा।
- Accountability & Confidentiality: सभी Accounts, Banking, GST एवं Reporting कार्यों को सही एवं समय पर पूरा करने की पूर्ण जिम्मेदारी रहेगी तथा Company के Financial Data की Confidentiality बनाए रखना अनिवार्य होगा।
