JOB TITLE: SECURITY GUARD – APARTMENT/SOCIETY
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a responsible, alert, and disciplined Security Guard for a residential apartment/society. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining safety and security, monitoring visitors and vehicles, and assisting residents when required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor entry and exit of residents, visitors, staff, and delivery personnel.
• Verify visitors and maintain visitor entry records.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity.
• Manage vehicle entry, exit, and parking within the society.
• Conduct regular security rounds of the premises.
• Maintain daily security registers and shift reports.
• Assist residents and visitors with basic security-related queries.
• Ensure proper monitoring of gates and common areas.
• Respond to security emergencies and immediately inform society management.
• Follow all security rules, regulations, and instructions.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum qualification: 8th/10th pass.
• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic Hindi communication required.
• Must be alert, responsible, punctual, and physically fit.
• Previous security experience will be an advantage.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

हमें अपार्टमेंट/सोसाइटी में सिक्योरिटी गार्ड चाहिए।
गार्ड का काम:
• सोसाइटी के गेट पर ड्यूटी करना।
• आने-जाने वाले लोगों पर नजर रखना।
• बाहर से आने वाले लोगों की जानकारी लेना।
• विजिटर की एंट्री रजिस्टर में करना।
• डिलीवरी वाले लोगों पर नजर रखना।
• सोसाइटी में आने-जाने वाली गाड़ियों को देखना।
• पार्किंग की व्यवस्था देखना।
• CCTV पर नजर रखना।
• सोसाइटी में समय-समय पर घूमकर सुरक्षा देखना।
• कोई परेशानी हो तो तुरंत जानकारी देना।
• सोसाइटी के लोगों के साथ अच्छे से बात करना।
जरूरी योग्यता:
• 8वीं या 10वीं पास।
• फ्रेशर भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
• सिक्योरिटी गार्ड का काम किया हो तो अच्छा है।
• हिंदी बोलना और समझना आना चाहिए।
• ईमानदार और जिम्मेदार होना चाहिए।
• रात-दिन की ड्यूटी करने के लिए तैयार होना चाहिए।
• शारीरिक रूप से फिट होना चाहिए।
