Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to potential and existing customers.
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell company products/services to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Submit regular sales and field-visit reports to the reporting manager.
- Compensation will be linked to the achievement of assigned sales targets.
