Job Description
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate field sales representatives to improve performance and build product knowledge. [1, 2]
- Target Achievement: Set individual and team sales quotas, tracking progress daily, weekly, and monthly against company revenue goals. [1, 2]
- Field Supervision: Conduct ride-alongs or physical site visits with sales reps to observe pitches, guide negotiations, and strengthen high-value client relationships. [1]
- Sales Strategy & Forecasting: Analyze regional market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to forecast future revenues and build effective outreach strategies. [1, 2]
- Key Account Management: Handle high-level negotiations, resolve escalated customer service issues, and nurture relationships with primary enterprise clients or distributors. [1, 2]
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align promotional campaigns and product rollouts with real-world feedback. [1, 2]
- Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare regular performance metrics, expense reports, and ROI analyses for senior management
