Field Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to generate leads and secure work orders for our Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) plant. The ideal candidate will actively explore the local construction market, build relationships with builders, contractors, and developers, and convert opportunities into confirmed concrete supply orders.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new leads by visiting construction sites, builders' offices, and contractor establishments in the assigned territory. Explore ongoing and upcoming construction/infrastructure projects to identify potential requirements for ready mix concrete. Meet with builders, contractors, real estate developers, and consultants to pitch RMC products and secure work orders. Follow up consistently on inquiries and quotations to convert leads into confirmed orders. Coordinate with the plant/production team to ensure timely and accurate order execution as per client requirements (grade of concrete, quantity, delivery schedule). Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends in the RMC/construction materials segment. Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, client interactions, and order status in CRM/reporting formats. Coordinate with the accounts team for timely payment collection and resolving billing-related client queries. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and volume (cubic meter) targets set by management.
