Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently manage and supervise Finance & Accounts operations.
• Review accounting, ledgers, bank reconciliation, receivables and payables.
• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Coordinate Statutory, Tax and Internal Audits.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and Management MIS.
• Monitor sales, gross margin, expenses, profitability and working capital.
• Prepare cash-flow and payment planning reports.
• Monitor customer/party outstanding and ageing.
• Strengthen internal financial controls and identify process gaps/leakages.
• Provide financial analysis and inputs to Management for business decisions.
