Job Description

An Account Coordinator is an entry-level or mid-level support role that bridges sales, customer service, and internal operations to help maintain client accounts and execute campaigns

Core Responsibilities


  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, handle routine requests, resolve basic complaints, and schedule regular check-ins or status meetings. [1, 2]
  • Administrative Support: Assist Account Managers or Executives with preparing proposals, contracts, presentations, and status reports. [1, 2]
  • Internal Coordination: Liaise with creative, marketing, sales, and product teams to make sure project deliverables stay on schedule. [1, 2]
  • Database & CRM Management: Update and maintain client records, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and log interactions using tools like CRM software. [1, 2, 3]
  • Research: Gather market intelligence, research prospective leads, and pull campaign performance data
