About the Role SOT SET is looking for a Lead Management & Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries and convert leads into RO water purifier repair and service bookings.

You will receive leads through WhatsApp, email, website and other online channels. Your responsibility will be to contact customers, explain our services and offers, coordinate technicians, update the CRM, follow up with customers, and ensure successful completion of the service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall new leads promptly and understand customer requirements.
• Explain RO repair, servicing, filter replacement, installation and other services.
• Communicate pricing, offers, warranty and company information clearly.
• Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into service bookings.
• Enter and maintain all lead information in the company-provided CRM.
• Schedule technicians according to the customer's preferred date and time.
• Assign service tasks to field technicians.
• Confirm technician arrival at the customer's location.
• Track each service request until completion.
• Coordinate with technicians and customers to resolve service-related issues.
• Collect customer feedback after service completion.
• Maintain daily work and lead-conversion reports.
• Follow company procedures and maintain professional communication with customers.
• Calling & Communication Setup All customer calls and WhatsApp communication will be conducted through the company-provided mobile number/account.
• The company will provide the dedicated calling/WhatsApp number required for customer communication.
• You must have your own smartphone and hands-free earphones/headset for work.
• All customer calls may be recorded for quality control, training, service monitoring and performance evaluation.
• You must have a quiet and peaceful place at home from where you can make customer calls without background noise.
• During customer calls, the background should remain silent and professional.
• Avoid working from noisy places, public areas, markets, or locations where conversations, TV, music, traffic or other people can be heard in the background.
• Clear voice communication is essential because the role involves regular customer calls, follow-ups and sales conversion.
• Candidates must maintain professional language and behaviour during every customer interaction.
• Required Skills & QualificationsGood Hindi and English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of RO water purifiers and their components.
• Understanding of basic RO components such as:
• Adapters
• Booster pumps
• Sediment filters
• Carbon filters
• Membranes
• Flow restrictors
• Water tanks
• RO/UV/UF systems
• Basic understanding of RO repair and servicing.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word and MS Excel.
• Ability to use WhatsApp, email and online systems.
• Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Ability to give clear instructions to field technicians.
• Knowledge of Patna and nearby areas of Bihar is preferred.
• Must have your own smartphone and hands-free earphones/headset.
• Must have a suitable quiet workspace for professional customer calls.

Training: Selected candidates will receive company training on RO services, CRM procedures and lead management.

Working Hours8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

The position requires availability 7 days a week, according to the company's work schedule.

Daily work reporting is mandatory.

Performance & Payment StructureEstimated monthly salary: ₹15,000

The role is performance-oriented and requires consistent lead handling and follow-up.

• Minimum 20 leads must be handled per day.
• Lead calls, follow-ups, CRM updates and service coordination must be completed properly.
• If the required monthly performance level is not achieved and fewer than 500 leads are processed in a month, payment will be calculated at ₹20 per processed lead, subject to company records and applicable terms.

*Final compensation and performance terms will be explained during the selection process.

Leave Policy Prior notice is mandatory for planned leave.

Unapproved absence or failure to follow the company's attendance and reporting requirements may result in applicable penalties as per company policy.

Selection Process

Step 2 – Telephonic InterviewThe interview may include questions about:

Candidates should be prepared to explain the basic working and repair requirements of an RO water purifier.

Step 3 – Physical InterviewShortlisted candidates will attend a physical interview in Patna.

You may be given sample customer leads to assess:

• Communication skills
• Customer handling
• Follow-up ability
• Sales and conversion approach
• Understanding of customer requirements

Step 4 – 7-Day ProbationSelected candidates will undergo a 7-day probationary period.

No payment will be provided for the probationary period.

Final selection will be based on performance during the probation period.
