Job Summary Shiv SPARV Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, target-oriented and result-driven

Sales Manager to lead and manage sales activities across our Real Estate & Hospitality business.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, generating and converting leads, driving site visits and bookings, developing customer relationships, achieving monthly revenue targets, monitoring sales performance, and coordinating with Marketing, Telecalling, Operations and Management teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, team-handling and sales management skills, with a good understanding of the Real Estate and Hospitality sectors.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Sales Team ManagementLead, manage and motivate the Real Estate & Hospitality sales team.
  • Assign daily, weekly and monthly sales targets to team members.
  • Monitor sales executives' daily activities, calls, leads, follow-ups and site visits.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions.
  • Ensure team members follow proper sales processes and customer follow-up practices.
  • 2. Lead Generation & ConversionDevelop strategies for generating new leads through various channels.
  • Monitor leads received from Marketing, Digital Campaigns, Telecalling, References and other sources.
  • Ensure timely distribution and follow-up of leads among sales executives.
  • Track the complete sales funnel from
  • Lead → Follow-up → Site Visit/Property Visit → Negotiation → Booking → Closure.
  • Improve lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversion ratios.
  • Follow up personally with high-value and priority customers.
  • 3. Real Estate SalesDrive sales of residential/commercial real estate projects and related offerings.
  • Conduct and coordinate property/site visits for prospective customers.
  • Understand customer requirements, budget and preferences.
  • Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, location benefits and available inventory.
  • Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively within company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with management for pricing, discounts, documentation and final closures.
