Operations Executive

PRSP Consultancy is looking for an organized and energetic Operations Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle day-to-day business operations, coordinate between departments, manage client/vendor communications, and maintain data records to ensure smooth daily workflows.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Workflow Management: Track and coordinate daily operational tasks and process documentation.
• Client & Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients/vendors for operational execution.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, create daily/weekly status reports in Excel/Google Sheets, and monitor progress.
• Process Improvement: Assist management in identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing efficient solutions.
• Administrative Support: Support HR and admin teams with scheduling, inventory, and office coordination when required.
