Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Leader – Loan Collection to manage and guide the collection team.


Responsibilities:


* Manage and supervise the field collection team.

* Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.

* Monitor team performance and daily field activities.

* Handle customer follow-ups and payment issues.

* Prepare daily MIS and collection reports.

* Ensure proper field discipline and customer communication.

* Support the team in achieving settlement and recovery targets.

* Coordinate with management for escalations and approvals.


Requirements:


* 1–3 years of experience in loan collection/recovery or financial services.

* Good communication and team-management skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

* Target-oriented and willing to travel for field work.
