Job Description
We are looking for a talented and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for running paid advertising campaigns, generating quality leads, managing social media, and improving overall digital marketing performance.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and business growth.
- Generate high-quality leads through paid and organic marketing channels.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance including CPL, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate and ROI/ROAS.
- Perform audience research, competitor analysis and A/B testing.
- Create and optimize lead-generation campaigns and landing pages.
- Manage Meta Business Manager, Pixel and basic conversion tracking.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly marketing performance reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Create basic marketing creatives using Canva/Photoshop.
- Have basic knowledge of Reels/Video Ads and content creation.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates.
