Job Description

We are looking for a clear-thinking, customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our Domestic Voice Process team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers across the country. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and deliver an excellent customer experience in English and regional languages.
