Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment activities, manage talent sourcing channels, support workforce planning, and guide the recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management, sourcing, and recruitment operations skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing & Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level, senior, and specialized positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, campus hiring, and recruitment agencies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews and selection processes.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring requirements.
• Conduct recruitment kickoff discussions and align on candidate profiles and timelines.
• Provide insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and market trends.

Team Management

• Mentor, train, and support junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators.
• Monitor recruitment performance, pipeline status, and team workloads.
• Standardize recruitment processes, JDs, interview procedures, and assessment methods.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding initiatives, campus drives, job fairs, and networking events.
• Promote company culture through career platforms and social media.

ATS & Recruitment Analytics

• Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and retention.
• Analyze recruitment data and identify opportunities to improve sourcing and hiring efficiency.
• Requirements3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing or mentoring recruitment teams.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
