Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Senior Telecom Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of relevant experience in the telecom industry. The candidate must have completed B.Tech and possess strong knowledge of telecom site operations, project coordination, and team management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage telecom site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise field engineers, site coordinators, contractors, and vendors.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Coordinate civil, electrical, and telecom installation activities.
• Review site documentation, BOQs, and project reports.
• Resolve site-related issues and support timely project completion.
• Ensure proper resource planning and manpower deployment.
• Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of experience in the telecom industry.
• B.Tech qualification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of telecom site operations and project coordination.
• Experience in telecom rollout, installation, and site execution.
• Good knowledge of civil and electrical works related to telecom projects.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and reporting.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in handling multiple telecom projects simultaneously.
• Strong team management and client coordination skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
