Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our Real Estate Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, explaining suitable projects, generating interest, and scheduling site visits.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers/leads.
- Explain property projects, pricing, location, amenities, and investment benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling and site-visit targets.
- Build good relationships with customers and handle basic queries professionally.
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi and English communication required; Marathi is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Previous experience in Real Estate / Telecalling / Sales will be an advantage.
