Location: Bhumi Landmark, Khanda Colony, Panvel, Navi Mumbai

Position: Telecaller / Telesales Executive

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
• Explain the company's real estate projects, offers, and payment plans to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information.
• Follow up with leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain records of customer calls, follow-ups, and leads.
• Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation, and site-visit targets.
• Build a positive relationship with prospective customers.
• Handle basic customer queries and provide timely information.

Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; basic English is an advantage.
• Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate will be preferred.
• Confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented.
• Good convincing and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and computer applications.
• Candidates who are comfortable making a high volume of calls are preferred.
• Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹20,000 per month
• Additional incentives may be offered based on performance and sales targets.
