Job Description

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
  • Monitor individual and team performance against targets.
  • Generate leads through various channels and ensure proper lead allocation.
  • Guide team members in handling customer queries and objections.
  • Assist the team in converting leads into site visits and successful bookings.
  • Follow up with potential customers and support the team during negotiations.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Train new team members on sales processes, products, projects, and customer handling.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and management teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly revenue and booking targets.
