The role involves developing effective recruitment strategies, handling multiple vacancies simultaneously, coordinating with management to understand hiring requirements, and ensuring timely recruitment closures. The candidate must maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports while monitoring recruitment progress and meeting hiring targets. The individual is expected to demonstrate strong communication, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, maintain professional relationships with candidates, identify recruitment challenges, and take corrective action when required. The role requires independent handling of recruitment activities, proper deadline management, confidentiality, accountability for hiring outcomes, and the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
