Senior Account Executive

Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including vouchers, reconciliations and ledger maintenance.

Manage petty cash, cash expenses and supporting documentation.

Coordinate with site/project teams for expense claims, approvals, documentation and reimbursements.

Manage site/project expenses, bill booking, vendor payments and PO/GRN verification.

Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.

Handle GST, TDS, rent, utilities, insurance and recurring payments.

Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers and accounting records in MS Excel.

Verify bills, supporting documents, approvals and payment requests.

Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, outstanding payments and discrepancies.

Work closely with site staff and internal teams to resolve accounting and expense-related issues.

Maintain proper records of reimbursements, expenses, bills and payment documents.

Ensure accounting entries and documentation are accurate and completed within timelines.

Assist in monthly closing, reconciliations and other finance-related activities as required.

Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable statutory requirements.
