Real Estate Sales Executive
Location: Khanda Colony, Panvel, Navi Mumbai

Job Summary
The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating property sales, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate prospective buyers for residential and commercial properties.
- Handle walk-in customers, leads, and inquiries from various marketing channels.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for potential clients.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate deals and assist customers throughout the booking process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and sales activities in CRM/MIS.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and customer service teams for smooth transactions.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and competitor projects.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

- Languages: Marathi, Hindi, and basic English

Salary
- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives up to ₹20,000 or more
- Travel Allowance (as applicable).
