Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Work as a Picker & Packer inside a Blinkit Dark Store.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including putaway, item audit, and loading/unloading.
- Ensure orders are packed properly and store operations run smoothly.
- Training will be provided after joining.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (depending on location)
- Joining Bonus: Up to ₹5,000
- Performance Bonus: Up to ₹3,000
- PF & Medical Insurance
- One Weekly Off
