*🚀 Urgent Hiring: PhonePe Field Sales Executive (No Monthly Targets!)* 🚀
We are hiring 12th-pass and graduate candidates for the position of *Field Sales Executive* . In this role, there are NO stressful monthly sales targets. You only need to maintain a simple, highly achievable daily performance point score!
## *📌 Daily Point System (Super Easy to Achieve):*
You only need to score a total of 10 Points Daily from the field. Points are calculated as follows:
* 📲 Per QR KYC done = 2 Points
* 🛠️ Per Service/Issue resolved = 4 Points
* 🔊 Per Soundbox Installation = 5 Points
( _Example: Just 2 Soundbox installations OR 5 QR KYCs completes your entire day's target!_ )
## *💼 Job Benefits & Compensation:*
* 💰 Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹24,000 / month
* ⛽ Fuel Allowance: ₹4,000 to ₹4,500 / month
* 📱 Mobile Allowance: ₹300 / month
* 📈 Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 / month based on extra points achieved
* 🏥 ESI & Health Insurance: Full medical benefits covered by the company
* 🏢 PF (Provident Fund): Regular PF contributions for your future security
* 🌴 Leaves: Every Sunday OFF + All National & Festival Holidays
* 📍 Leads Provided: 10 to 15 verified merchant leads provided by the company daily
## *📋 Candidate Eligibility & Requirements:*
* 🎓 Education: Minimum 12th Pass or above
* 🏍️ Mandatory: Personal Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) + Valid Driving License
* 📱 Device: Android Smartphone mandatory
* 📑 Documents Needed: Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and Bank Account details
* 🕒 Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Full-Time)
