• 🎓 QualificationDiploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• 💻 Required Skills & ResponsibilitiesStrong working knowledge of AutoCAD & SolidWorks
• Experience in 3D product designing & development
• Good understanding of manufacturing and production processes
• Active involvement in day-to-day production activities
• Ability to effectively manage and coordinate workers
• Ensure work is completed as per design, specifications and quality standards
• Maintain proper quality control during production
• Ability to identify production issues and take appropriate corrective action
• Good communication, supervision and team-handling skills
• 👤 Preferred Candidate ProfileAge: 26–33 years
• Well-groomed and professional personality
• Clean-shaven
• Non-smoker & non-drinker
• Responsible, disciplined and quality-conscious
• Willing to take ownership of both Design & Production responsibilities

💰 Salary₹28,000 – ₹36,000 per month

(Depending on qualification, experience & skills)
