We require Store Manager – Ethnic Fashion Store
Location: Panchkula, Haryana
Experience: 1–2 Years | Branded Retail Store Experience Preferred
Salary : Negotiable
Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the ethnic fashion store.
- Handle customers and ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage sales, targets, billing, stock and inventory.
- Lead and coordinate store staff effectively.
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising and product display.
- Should have a good fashion sense and understanding of ethnic wear/trends.
- Handle customer queries and assist in styling/product selection.
- Ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in branded fashion/retail store management.
- Strong communication and management skills.
- Good fashion sense and knowledge of ethnic wear.
- Presentable personality with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle a team and manage store responsibilities independently.
