Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesManage inventory records for warehouse and stores.
  • Handle stock inwarding, GRN, transfers and returns.
  • Maintain accurate stock in ERP/POS system.
  • Coordinate inter-store stock movement.
  • Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconciliation.
  • Track stock ageing, shortages and excess inventory.
  • Prepare daily/weekly inventory MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with Stores, Buying, Warehouse and Accounts teams.
  • Ensure all stock movements are properly documented and updated in the system.
