About The Role:

We are looking for a driven and data-oriented E-commerce Manager to own and scale our presence across Amazon and all major Quick Commerce platforms including Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket, Flipkart Minutes and more.

You will be responsible for end-to-end account management, listings, growth, and P&L for these platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketplace Management (Amazon/Flipkart)

- Own the complete Amazon Seller Central account - listing, cataloging, A+ content, Brand Store, pricing, and inventory.

- Manage FBA operations, keyword ranking, SEO, and drive organic + paid sales.

- Plan and execute Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display), deals, coupons, and Prime Day / Sale events.

- Handle account health, customer reviews, returns, and case resolutions.

2. Quick Commerce Management (Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, etc.)

- Onboard and manage accounts on Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket, Flipkart Minutes & other emerging Q-commerce platforms.

- Own product listing, pricing, MRP, margins, and visibility on each platform.

- Ensure stock availability at dark stores, manage replenishments and fill rates.

- Plan platform-specific promotions, visibility campaigns, and sampling activities to drive market share.

3. Account Management & Business Growth

- Be the single point of contact for Key Account Managers (KAMs) at all platforms.

- Negotiate commercials, visibility slots, and marketing placements.

- Drive monthly sales targets, GMV, and profitability for each channel.

- Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure best-in-class visibility.

4. Operations & Inventory Coordination

- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations team for timely stock movement and PO fulfillment.

- Monitor inventory levels, expiry, and prevent stock-outs or overstocking.

- Track claims, payments, invoices, and reconcile settlements with finance team.

5. Analytics & Reporting

- Track daily KPIs: Sales, CTR, Conversion Rate, ACOS, Fill Rate, Search Rank, Market Share.

- Provide weekly business reports, competitor analysis, and insights for growth.

- Identify gaps and new opportunities for new products / new platforms.

Requirements & Skills:

- 3-5 years of proven experience managing Amazon and at least 2 Q-commerce platforms (Blinkit / Instamart / Zepto).

- Hands-on experience with Seller Central, Amazon Ads, and Q-commerce seller portals.

- Strong understanding of Q-commerce supply chain, dark store operations, and MTM margins.

- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with platform KAMs.

- Data-driven mindset with strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.

- Knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Keepa, or similar is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field. MBA preferred.
