We are looking for a confident, ambitious and result-driven Business Growth Executive who is ready to step into the market, build relationships, create opportunities and turn conversations into business.

This isn't a desk job.

You'll be out in the market, meeting business owners, discovering new opportunities, pitching the brand and building your own customer network.

WHAT YOU'LL DOAs a Business Growth Executive, you will be responsible for expanding Swachh Pani's presence across the hospitality and commercial market.

• YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify and approach new business opportunities across Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Caterers, Banquets, Events and Corporate Accounts
• Conduct daily market visits and generate qualified leads
• Meet business owners, GMs, purchase managers and key decision-makers
• Introduce Swachh Pani's premium products and customized branding solutions
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Prepare quotations, negotiate and close business deals
• Convert leads into long-term customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts
• Generate repeat orders and expand business within existing customers
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Maintain daily customer visit and lead records
• Track competitor pricing, products and market activity
• Coordinate with the internal team for order execution and customer requirements
• Take ownership of your assigned market and continuously identify new opportunities

EXPERIENCE0–3 years of experience in FMCG, HORECA, hospitality, beverages, food service, retail or business development is preferred.

Freshers are welcome if they have strong communication skills, confidence and a genuine interest in sales.
