BILLING & COUNTER SALES

. Invoicing: Prepare, review, and send accurate invoices or digital claims to clients on a set schedule.

• Payment Tracking: Monitor accounts receivable, post incoming payments, and send reminders for overdue or delayed balances.
• Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing errors, fee discrepancies, underpayments, or denied claims.
• Customer Service: Answer client or patient questions regarding invoices, payment methods, and account statements.
• Recordkeeping & Reporting: Maintain organized financial ledgers and generate routine accounting or cash-flow reports for management.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Software Proficiency: Experience with accounting tools and ERP platforms such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Excel.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in entering data and checking rates to prevent costly payment delays.
• Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal skills to handle customer disputes and work with internal teams.
