Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels. The role involves screening resumes, conducting initial telephonic interviews, coordinating interview schedules with clients and candidates, and following up on interview feedback.
The HR Recruiter will manage the recruitment process from sourcing to candidate joining, maintain candidate databases, update recruitment trackers, and ensure timely communication with candidates and clients.
