**CTC:** ₹20,610/- Per Month

### 📋 Mandatory Requirements

* 🎓 Graduation is mandatory.

* 📜 **DRA Certificate is mandatory.**

* 🏍️ **Own Bike is mandatory.**

* 🪪 **Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.**

* Candidates should be comfortable with field visits and collection activities.

* Good communication and customer-handling skills required.

### 💼 Job Responsibilities

* Visit customers in the assigned area for collection and recovery activities.

* Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.

* Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

* Maintain proper records of customer visits and collection status.

* Communicate professionally with customers and explain payment requirements.

* Submit regular collection reports to the reporting manager.

* Handle assigned collection cases and follow company recovery procedures.

* Travel within the assigned territory for field collection activities.

**Candidates with previous Collection / Recovery experience will be preferred.**
