🔹 Job Requirements

Minimum 1+ year of experience in Trainer– Collection & Recovery

Experience as Trainer for collection/recovery processes

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong observation and analytical skills


🔹 Key Responsibilities

Conduct collection/recovery executives Training for Business requirement


🎯 Preferred Background

Candidates from Banking Collections, Loan Recovery, Debt Collection, Credit Card Collection, Field Collection or BPO/Collection operations are preferred.
