Job Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Government Tender Executive to manage

the complete tendering process for Government and Public Sector opportunities. The role

will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, evaluating eligibility, preparing bid

documentation, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring compliance, and submitting

bids within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Government Tendering and e-Procurement processes.

• Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP and State e-Tender portals.

• Good understanding of tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical

specifications and bid compliance.

• Strong documentation and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Good analytical and commercial understanding.

• Strong follow-up and deadline management skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple Government tenders simultaneously.
