About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to generate leads, connect with prospective customers, understand their property requirements, and convert leads into successful site visits and sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential customers.
* Generate and qualify real estate leads.
* Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
* Explain project details, pricing, location, and benefits.
* Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
* Schedule site visits and client meetings.
* Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
* Maintain customer and lead information.
* Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
* Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and site visits.
Requirements
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
* Basic knowledge of sales and lead conversion.
* Comfortable with outbound calling.
* Real estate telesales experience will be preferred.
* Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
