JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Telecaller – Motorcycle Accessories Sales Department

Position OverviewWe are looking for confident and result-oriented Telecallers to join our sales team. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating sales leads, following up with customers, and promoting our range of motorcycle accessories.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Introduce and explain motorcycle accessories, product features, pricing, and offers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain regular communication with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Build positive and long-term relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing and customer requirements.
• Candidate ProfileGood verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional telephone communication.
• Hindi communication is required; basic English is preferred.
• Strong convincing and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of computers and WhatsApp.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous telecalling/sales experience in the automobile or motorcycle accessories industry will be an advantage.

Compensation Freshers – 2 Positions

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Experienced – 1 Position

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
