Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain records of calls, customer information, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Meet daily/ weekly/ monthly call and sales targets.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and provide solutions.
  • Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers to ensure repeat business.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English/ Hindi/ Regional language.
  • Good listening and persuasive abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
