Telesales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to generate and convert leads for Used Car Loans, Personal Loans, and Business Loans.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining suitable loan products, following up with leads, and coordinating with the internal team until loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases.
• Generate and qualify leads for:
• Used Car Loans
• Personal Loans
• Business Loans
• Understand customers' financial requirements and eligibility.
• Explain loan products, interest rates, tenure, documentation, and other relevant terms.
• Convince prospective customers to apply for suitable loan products.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, applications, and conversions.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain good relationships with customers throughout the loan process.
